How to get help with Ransack accounts, connected applications, and published sites.

For help with Ransack, email support@ransack.io.
What to include
- What you were trying to do and what happened.
- The Ransack site URL or organization name involved.
- The tool name, error code, approximate time, and a concise description of what happened.
- The client and surface you used, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or the Ransack CLI.
Do not send API keys, OAuth tokens, session cookies, passwordless sign-in links, partner-review access codes, or other secrets. Ransack support will not ask for them.
Security, privacy, and abuse
- Report a security concern privately to security@ransack.io.
- Send privacy questions to privacy@ransack.io.
- Report prohibited or infringing public content through Reporting Abuse.
Emergencies involving imminent harm should also be reported to local emergency services or law enforcement.
